Background

A website that answers back

Most business sites greet every visitor with the same static page and a contact form. The form converts a fraction of them: everyone else leaves with their question unanswered — at night, on weekends, in a language the owner doesn't speak.

I wanted this site to behave the way I tell clients their business should: answer instantly, in any language, with real prices — and only then offer a call.

Problem

The brief to myself was simple: a visitor with a vague idea — «can you automate my hotel?» — should get a concrete, honest answer in under a minute, budget included, and leave a contact if it fits.

Approach

Design-first, product-grade

  • Answers only from my real services, prices and process — with an honest «that won't pay back» filter built in
  • Multilingual by default: Spanish, English, Russian and more, matching the visitor's language
  • Lead capture inside the conversation: a contact left in chat lands in the same inbox as the site form
  • Daily message limits, EU hosting and a visible human handoff — GDPR and the AI Act in mind
  • Designed as part of the page, not a widget bolted on top
