In compliance with Spain's Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), the identifying details of the owner of this website are:

Owner: Igor Udaltsov (self-employed / autónomo)

Tax ID: NIE — to be completed

Address: Zubiaur-Tar Kepa Kalea, 44, 1B, 48370 Bermeo, Bizkaia, España

The purpose of this website is to present the professional services of Igor Udaltsov (UX/UI design, websites and AI automation) and to receive enquiries through the contact forms.

Privacy policy

Who processes your data. Igor Udaltsov (see the legal notice for contact details) is the data controller for the personal data collected on this website.

What data and why. The contact form collects your name, email and message for the sole purpose of answering your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form (art. 6.1.a GDPR). No marketing lists, no profiling, no automated decisions.

Who receives the data. Form submissions are delivered through Web3Forms (api.web3forms.com), a processor that forwards the message to my mailbox; the site itself is hosted by Cloudflare. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Ireland Limited receives usage data (IP anonymised). Your data is never sold or shared for advertising.

How long it is kept. Enquiry correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle it and for up to 12 months afterwards, then deleted.

Your rights. You can access, rectify or erase your data, and exercise the rights of opposition, restriction and portability (ARSOPL) at any time by writing to theigoruds@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish supervisory authority, the AEPD (www.aepd.es).

Cookies

This site keeps cookies to a minimum and asks before switching anything on.

Strictly necessary. None set by the site itself beyond the technical infrastructure of Cloudflare (hosting and DDoS protection).

Analytics (optional, with your consent). If you press «Allow» in the banner, Google Analytics 4 loads with IP anonymisation and shows me which pages and packages are useful. If you press «No thanks», no analytics cookies are set and GA4 never loads. Cloudflare Web Analytics — a separate, cookieless counter — always runs and uses no cookies.

Changing your mind. The choice is stored in your browser (localStorage, not a cookie). Use the «Cookie settings» link in the footer of any page to reopen the banner and change it.
